Fluitron has designed and manufactured a wide array of supercritical extraction equipment over the years for both our own and other extraction systems. With our expertise in both compression technology and pressure vessel design, Fluitron is capable of producing high quality equipment that excels in reliability and ease of use. For customers looking for a custom co2 extraction machine that can handle unique process requirements, Fluitron can assist in the overall design and manufacture of a system which utilizes our metal diaphragm compressors, extractors, and separators to accomplish any extraction process including supercritical CO2 extraction for cosmetics, ethanol extraction systems and cannabis extractions. We are also capable of supplying components for others’ extraction systems to help minimize cost and design time of complete systems.
Fluitron’s custom extraction systems can handle both liquid and gaseous sources to best fit the requirements of our customers, and can be designed for manual control, partial automation, and even turnkey automation.
CO2 Extraction Machine or More Complex SystemCustom open and closed loop CO2 extractors produced by Fluitron offer fast turnaround times through our breech lock closures and basket designs. This technology allows operators to quickly load and unload their products incredibly fast with a minimum amount of moving parts to ensure reliability. Due to the ruggedness of the designs we are also able to handle many different pressure and temperature conditions that might be required, with many extractor designs being capable of more than 10,000 psi of pressure while still retaining the advantages of the quick opening closure. In addition to our breech lock closures, Fluitron can supply many other closures such as flanged, hinged, threaded, and pin type to accommodate different project requirements. Fluitron’s metal diaphragm compressors are also highly advantageous for supercritical CO2 systems for both compression of the CO2 gas as well as recovery of the CO2 to minimize gas consumption between runs.
