With over 30 years of experience in multiple industries, Don brings a wide range of expertise across sales, business development, operations, manufacturing, supply chain and finance. Don’s broad skillset includes transformational leadership, agile problem solving, and a growth mindset.
In his previous roles as CFO and COO of AA Metals, Don was responsible for leading the company to record growth and profitability.
Prior to AA Metals, Don held executive positions at Omnimax, Trinidad-Benham and Novelis. Don spent nearly 20 years at Kimberly-Clark to start his career and holds both a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Chief Innovation Officer and Director – Operations (India)
Tom has extensive experience and networks across the industrial and specialty gas markets, developed over an illustrious career spanning four decades. Much of this was spent in various leadership roles within Air Products, before establishing Bethlehem Hydrogen as a leading hydrogen refueling technology solutions developer.
Tom is a key representative with external organizations such as industry trade associations, government standards/codes committees, and industry certification committees, ensuring our voice is heard and our interests are protected.
Tom holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA for Moravian University.
Global Commercial Director
As the Global Commercial Director Johann oversees all commercial operations and sets the strategic direction for sales activities, pricing, and product development.
Johann is focused on driving innovative solutions that exceed client expectations and contribute to a greener, more efficient future. Johann champions Fluitron’s customer-centric culture in speciality gas, and hydrogen compression & dispensing, with a key focus on emissions reduction and enabling the energy transition.
Johann holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a licensed PE.
Chief Technology Officer
Rugved has over 15 years of experience in compressor engineering. He has a proven track record of driving technological innovation, operational excellence, and market expansion globally.
Rugved spearheaded major projects at Burckhardt Compression, expanding US manufacturing capabilities, achieving significant cost savings and building strong compression engineering and product teams.
His earlier project management and engineering leadership roles at companies like SNC Lavalin and Neuman & Esser Group further showcase his ability to lead complex projects and develop critical technologies
Rugved holds a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas San Antionio, and has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
MHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP - Director of Corporate Services (HR, QHSES, Supply Chain)
With over 15+ years of experience in human resources, Tera’s role as a Director of Corporate Services is to architect and execute innovative people and organizational strategies that supports our business objectives and fosters a high-performing culture.
Tera is an active member of the HR community, contributing to thought leadership on strategic HR practices and the impact of technology on the future of work. She is unwaveringly committed to excellence in people leadership, and continuously seeking to elevate the HR function as a critical and strategic driver of business performance.
Tera holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Penn State University and maintains her SPRH and SHRM-CP Certifications.

Vince has a wealth of technical experience developed throughout his career. During this time he has served as an engineer, project director and in various Director of Operations roles, most recently with ESPI.
