Overview
Fluitron’s hydrogen compression systems are highly reliable solutions which can be tailored to customers’ needs. These precision, high pressure systems can be used to support production from a wide variety of hydrogen sources and enable the use of the produced hydrogen across mobility, distribution, storage and other applications.
Designed by our experienced engineers to enable compression, storage and dispensing, Fluitron’s systems support a wide range of industrial and vehicle applications, including direct refuelling of a wide variety of vehicles and filling hydrogen transport trailers.
Fluitron’s proprietary inventory and gas management system has been developed in-house utilizing our long-history and extensive expertise. By integrating it with the system it enables the efficient use of available hydrogen inventory, allowing for optimization of compressor use and run-time.
By closely managing and minimizing the start and stop cycles of the compressor their efficiency and lifespan can be considerably improved. Further this optimization of compressor run-time can provide significant energy savings for end-users.

Projects
Vehicle Refueling Dispenser Revitalization
Fluitron successfully revitalized a hydrogen dispensing system for a large hydrogen-electric vehicle manufacturer. The project involved bringing a hydrogen dispensing unit, which had been idle for over five years, back into operation. To do so, we carried out a comprehensive system assessment, refurbishment, modernization, and on-site commissioning, over a period of several months.
The project utilized Fluitron’s expertise in delivering turnkey aftermarket service solutions for complex OEM equipment challenges.
Hydrogen (H₂) Filling System for Bus Fleet
Fluitron designed, supplied, and installed a state-of-the-art hydrogen (H₂) filling system for two hydrogen powered buses. The system was designed and engineered to deliver 30kg of hydrogen per bus in a back-to-back filling process, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency for the operator.
The project included the integration of Fluitron’s proprietary technologies – like our in-house-developed hydrogen dispenser and an advanced hydrogen inventory management system – to enhance reliability and control.
Hydrogen Filling System for Fuel Cell Buses
This project focused on upgrading the hydrogen refueling infrastructure at an R&D center in Faridabad, India, to support the deployment of 15 Fuel Cell (FC) buses.
Fluitron designed, installed, and commissioned a state-of-the-art Hydrogen (H2) dispenser capable of filling both light-duty and heavy-duty vehicles at 350bar. With a focus on advanced technology and scalability, the project also introduced hydrogen pre-cooling to India and incorporated hardware for future 700-bar fueling.
